Canon i320 inkjet printer review
Canon i320 inkjet printer is a very cheap and quite cheerful design for low volume home use. I have one of these at home and was surprised by the reasonable print quality and cheap cartridge costs not to mention this printers unbelievable low purchase cost.

Canon i320 inkjet Printer Review
Cheap and cheerful
I quite like the look of this little printer but your tastes may vary, I certainly wouldn't consider myself a snappy dresser.
The Canon i320 inkjet is for home use only
The Canon i320 is a dual-cartridge design, with a tri-color and black ink cartridge. This means that the i320 is not as efficient in color ink usage and wouldn't be the best choice for someone who wanted to do a lot of photo printing. The i320 uses fairly small-capacity cartridges so while you'll need to replace them more frequently, they cost much less than cartridges from other vendors.
Text quality is excellent, even on photocopy paper. Even characters as small as 2pt, in both serif and sans-serif fonts, were clearly legible, so for home use this printer would be fine for school projects.
Photo printing is also very good. Using Canon's own photo paper we set the driver to high quality and achieved excellent results. Color gradients were smooth and small detail was well resolved. Skin tones could have been better and there was a small amount of grain close up.
Print speed is average but not bad this rounds off a very capable budget printer.
Here are the specifications:
- Speed: A4 color prints ~3 minutes, 10 pages per minute black text
- USB interface
- Total Input Media Capacity 100 sheets
- 2,400 x1,200 dpi color, 600dpi black
- 2 inkjet cartridge design
Canon i320 inkjet printer, the cheapest and the best
For those with low volumes and the odd photo to print this is the ideal printer. It simply is the best choice for light print volumes.
The low capacity ink cartridges do run out quite quickly but they're so cheap to buy that you won't be complaining. Obviously there are better quality printers and better choices for photo printers but not at this price. If you don't do a huge amount pf printing you definitely won't be disappointed with the Canon i320.
